Quick and easy to make. The mixture yields about 400 g of bread.
Cooking.
You will need: bread mix; 230 ml of about 30°C water.
1. Put the whole bread mixture in a bowl and add warm water.
2. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes.
3. Form the resulting dough into the desired loaf of bread or buns and place in a greased or baking pan lined with baking paper.
4. Cover with a linen cloth and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes to rise.
5. After the bread has risen, sprinkle it with water and put it in an oven heated to 160°C and bake for about 40 minutes.
You can bake in a bread oven according to the device instructions.
Ingredients:wheat protein, reduced-fat sunflower protein, flaxseed, sunflower seed, oat fiber, apple fiber, salt, yeast, spices. May contain traces of sesame seeds.
