Contains a lot of protein, a lot of fiber, is perfect for keto, paleo and low carb diets, and is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Golden linseed flour, linseed and sunflower seeds give the bread a balanced taste. Tired of the same bread taste? Just add nuts, onions, peppers, herbs or whatever you like for an oasis of new flavors.
Quick and easy to make. The mixture yields about 400 g of bread.

Cooking.
You will need: bread mix; 230 ml of about 30°C water.
1. Put the whole bread mixture in a bowl and add warm water.
2. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes.
3. Form the resulting dough into the desired loaf of bread or buns and place in a greased or baking pan lined with baking paper.
4. Cover with a linen cloth and leave in a warm place for 45 min to rise.
5. Sprinkle the risen bread with water and put it in an oven heated to 160°C and bake for about 40 minutes.
You can bake in a bread oven according to the device instructions.

Ingredients:wheat protein, reduced-fat golden flaxseed meal, flaxseed, sunflower seed, oat fiber, apple fiber, salt, yeast, spices. May contain traces of sesame seeds.
