2-3 years sh. apple and cinnamon topping;
1 year sh. brown erythritol;
1/2 century sh. cinnamon;
For lubrication:
1 egg yolk;
1st century sh. water;
Preparation:
Step 1
Prepare the dough:
Mix the almond flour, erythritol and guar gum in a bowl.
Add the melted butter, egg and vanilla essence.
Knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for a while.
Step 2
For the apple filling:
Peel half an apple and cut into small cubes.
Heat a pan and fry the apple cubes with the Erythrit Gold and cinnamon until they are slightly caramelized. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the apple cinnamon spread into the apple cubes. Step 3 Form baskets of apples: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each portion between two sheets of baking paper and cut into a square. Make sure that the dough that will be on top is slightly larger so that the pockets are filled and sealed well. Spread the apple filling evenly over the dough. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges with a fork. Step 4 Beat the egg yolk and water and coat the apple slices. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Allow them to cool briefly and enjoy the apple fritters. Delicious!
