Keto Frozen Yogurt Snack
Ingredients for 8 servings:
250 g of strawberries
200 g of yogurt (3.5% fat)
2 spoons of honey-flavored syrup (choose according to taste)
4 tablespoons pistachio coconut cream
100-150 g of dark chocolate
For decoration:
Chopped pistachios
Pistachio Coconut Cream
Preparation:
1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
2. Add honey-flavored syrup and sugar-free yogurt to the strawberry pieces. Mix everything well.
3. Spread the yogurt-strawberry mixture evenly on baking paper or foil.
4. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
5. Then spread the pistachio-coconut cream on the frozen yogurt-strawberry mixture and smooth it out.
6. Place the snacks back in the freezer and refrigerate for another 2 hours until the frozen yogurt hardens. 7. Carefully melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
8. Remove the frozen yogurt from the paper, pour over the melted chocolate and return to the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour until the chocolate hardens.
9. Take the frozen yogurt snacks out of the freezer and enjoy!
